As a member of the CARE program, the factory performs with a Code of Business Practice with emphasis in environmental concerns, fair and lawful employment and workplace safety.

Although the ICTI CARE Process is only required in the toys business as of today, they are very positive about being an accredited ICTI manufacturer and use the same regulations on producing clothing for Knuckleheads.
