The ICTI CARE Process is an initiative of the International Council of Toy Industries, and it is an ethical manufacturing program with the purpose of ensuring fair labor treatment and safe working conditions. As a member of the CARE program, the factory performs with a Code of Business Practice with emphasis in environmental concerns, fair and lawful employment and workplace safety.

Although the ICTI CARE Process is only required in the toys business as of today, they are very positive about being an accredited ICTI manufacturer and use the same regulations on producing clothing for Knuckleheads. Knuckleheads support this program because they believe in fair and equal labor treatment and that employees can better perform in a healthy and safe working environment.
