Although the ICTI CARE Process is only required in the toys business as of today, they are very positive about being an accredited ICTI manufacturer and use the same regulations on producing clothing for Knuckleheads. Knuckleheads support this program because they believe in fair and equal labor treatment and that employees can better perform in a healthy and safe working environment.
