How do you ship and what are your options?
For shipments within the U.S. 48, we offer our primary service via United Parcel Service (UPS) and may utilize the United States Postal Service (USPS) at our discretion. Shipping charges are determined by several factors. See below for the various categories that will apply to your order.
- FREE Shipping: For Toeheadz orders over $75, we offer FREE UPS ground shipping and USPS First Class Shipping!
- Flat Rate Shipping: For Toeheadz orders under $75, we offer a Flat Rate of $5.95!
- Other Options: You will always be able to select one of these options: UPS Ground, 2 DAY Air or Next Day Air. The cost of the option you choose (with the exception of UPS Ground...which is FREE) will be determined by the weight of the package and the location of the customer.
Do you ship to addresses outside of the U.S.?
Currently we do NOT offer a method for shipping outside of the continental USA, as well as shipments to US Military APOs, Hawaii, Alaska, and US Territories such as Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam, etc. However, if you would like to place an order over the phone or via email at customerservice@toeheadz.com, we will do our best to get you our product.
How long will it take to get my order?
Below are conservative estimates of the number of business days it typically takes (if your order is in stock) to deliver your order within the U.S. 48 States. Note that UPS does not count Saturday or Sunday, so do not count those days in your expected delivery time. However, if your item is not in stock, you will be notified if the product will be made available and when it will ship. Further note, orders received by 12:00 PM EST will be processed for shipping same day.
- UPS Ground: Typically arrives within 7 business days (3-5 business days in transit, plus 1-2 days order processing time). Note that UPS does not count Saturday or Sunday, so do not count those days in the delivery time.
- UPS 2nd Day Air: Typically arrives by the end of the 2nd Business Day after shipment. For example, an order placed before 12 PM EST on Monday for 2-DAY Service should arrive no later than Thursday. (2 days in transit, plus 1-2 days order processing time). Most often, we are able to ship 2-DAY orders within 24 hours of receipt, so 3 days is a typical wait for a 2-Day shipment. No Saturday or Sunday delivery. 2-Day orders placed on Friday before 12 pm EST will arrive Tuesday.
- UPS Next Day Air: Typically arrives by the end of the Next Business Day after shipment. For example, an order placed before 12 PM EST on a Monday for NEXT DAY Service should arrive no later than Wednesday. (Includes 1-2-day processing time and 1 day in transit). Most often, we are able to ship NEXT DAY orders within 24 hours of receipt, so 1-2 days is a typical wait for a NEXT DAY shipment. No Saturday or Sunday delivery. Next Day orders placed on Friday before 12 pm EST will arrive Monday.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
UPS, our primary carrier, does not ship to P.O. boxes. So be sure that you include a valid street address with your order. If a P.O. Box is your only delivery option, we can ship your order via the US Postal Service. However, please call us at 1.574.532.0518 and place your order by phone to ensure that your order ships via this method.
