What is your return policy?

Toeheadz offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all products sold at toeheadz.com.
  • If for any reason you or your child find any non-sale product unsatisfactory, you can send it back within 7 days of purchase for a full refund (less the full cost of shipping), or within 14 days for an exchange.
  • Customers exchanging an item will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to Toeheadz + the cost of the exchange item shipped in place of the original item
  • We do not accept returns on sale items; however, sale items can be exchanged for another size, if available.
  • Holiday items cannot be returned. Items can be exchanged for another size, if available. Returnable for store credit within a limited time.
  • Items that are returned must be unworn, in brand-new condition, and with original tags still attached to the item.
  • Should a customer order multiple items in order to take advantage of our free shipping and then decide to return part of the order, Toeheadz will credit the return item (less the full cost of shipping).
  • Any item that has been worn, washed, smells of smoke (or any other substance) or is in general poor condition will be returned to you at your cost.
  • Please choose a reliable carrier who provides delivery confirmation and insurance.
  • Toeheadz.com will not be liable for any merchandise lost or damaged during transit.
